Hi, my name is Rick Taleo, and I’m a Fitness Coach and Nutritionist. I set up this site to bring some clarity amidst a growing confusion in the activity tracker arena.

The activity tracker is an amazing invention. Modern technology has made it possible to have a very complex device that’s so small, you can wear it on your wrist or put it in your pocket. There are many devices on the market that can help you improve your fitness, monitor your health, and improve your athletic performance.

There are also gadgets that allow you to track important people or possessions, monitor your baby’s safety, and even train your pets. And, of course, there are some wearable technology devices that are really just for fun.

Many of my clients ask me what type of activity tracker they need when I’m not with them. To make it easier for me and for them, I create this website which I’m now sharing with you. This site contains reviews of different activity trackers and other wearable technology to meet your needs and improve your lifestyle.  Here, you’ll learn just about everything you need to know before buying the activity tracker that you need.

The different types of activity trackers are:

(1) Health Trackers. These devices track health metrics like blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation of your blood and may include a sleep monitor. There may also be a facility that can link your information with your doctor’s or a family member’s computer or phone.

(2) Health Monitors. These trackers track your neart rate, your blood pressure, steps, activity, the distance you run or walk.

(3) Sleep Trackers. These will track how much sleep you’re getting, the quality of your sleep, and may also include some of the functions of a health tracker.

(4) Activity Trackers for Fun and Sports.  We’re talking about technology that enhance your performance and enjoyment of an activity. Golfers benefit a lot from an activity tracker that analyzes their golf swing, for example. The same is true for baseball and tennis players, basketball players, and swimmers.

If you decide to purchase any of the activity trackers featured in these pages, I thank you in advance. For some of these products, I sell them from stock I hold. Other products may be sent to you from Amazon, and I may or may not be paid a small commission for introducing you to the product.

I hope you enjoy the website. Stay fit and healthy!
